Only athletes over 35, who are registered with UKA, and overseas visitors may enter this competition. Newcomers should first use the SIGNUP option before logging into BMAF OpenTrack to register with the BMAF. For further information refer to the BMAF website

Please enter your area club as your team code or use your first claim club code if you are not a current area club member. Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will be confirmed by the competition secretary.

Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, short/long hurdles, 3K walk, 2K/3K steeplechase, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, HT, DT, JT, WT

Outline Programme
Friday 20 August: Limited throwing events only 1500-1800 approx. M65/W65+
Saturday 21 August: Those aged 55 and over. Track: 1000-1630 Field 0930-1730
Sunday 22 August:   Those aged 35-54. Track: 1000-1600 Field 0930-1700

Please note: All walks will be on the Saturday and based on previous entries the M55 Steeplechase will exceptionally be on the Sunday.

Entry Fees
BMAF area club members: £21 for the 1st event, £8 for addit. events
Non-members: £26 for the 1st event, £10 for addit. events

Medals per event/age category. No standards required.
