London Indoor Games

Lee Valley Athletics Centre are delighted to welcome back the London Indoor Games in 2022.                 

The timetable on the events page is provisional and based on 2019 entries. Field event pools will be displayed 1 week before the event. Track will be seeded on the day.

Important Information 

Registration: Number collection will close 1 hour before your race time. Late arrivals may not be seeded in their desired race. For 60m & 60mH if you miss registration for your first round you can run in the second round.

Seeding: Track seeding will take place on the day. Races will be run fastest first. Second round races will be reseeded.

False start rule – Instant Disqualification. (For 60m/60mH if disqualified in the first round, you may run the second round)

Field Events

Horizontal Jumps and Throws will be 4 attempts

Triple Jump Boards:

• Men – 9m & 11m
• Women – 7m & 9m

Height Progressions:

• HJ – 5cm/3cm
• Pole Vault – 15cm/10cm

Call Room

Report to call room:

• Track 15 mins before start time
• Field 40 mins before start time
• Pole Vault 70 mins start before

Cost of Entry: £10.50 per event 60m & 60H £13.00
