Masters (age 35 and over on race day). Entrants must have a current UKA (England Athletics) registration.

18:00 5000m 4 races seeded slowest to fastest. Final start lists to be released by Friday July 16th. 

Entry £9 

£7 to VAC members but you must select VAC as your team to benefit from this. If in doubt, don’t complete your entry if you are asked to pay more than £7.
