British Masters Regional Track & Field Challenge (North). Try-An-Event.

Are you ‘new’ (over 35 and new!) to athletics and want to try your hand at either the 100 metres, 800 metres, long jump, or shot put? Do you want to chance to see some of the world’s best masters athletes compete and be part of two exciting events organised by British Masters Athletics? Well, here is your chance.

As part of a ‘British Masters Athletics Try-An-Event’ initiative, we are giving you the chance to enter into a draw to compete in the British Masters Regional Track & Field Challenge (NORTH) held at Longford Park Athletics Stadium, Stretford on the 24th July 2021.

To enter, you must NOT be a member of a BMAF Area Club, be over 35, and be in good health. Having a basic knowledge of the event you wish to try is an advantage, but not essential.

All you need to do is fill in the form below.

All entries will be placed into a ‘virtual hat’ and 8 lucky winners (for the track events) and 10 lucky winners (in the field events) will get a chance to compete alongside some of the most experienced masters athletes in the world. Good luck! Winners will be announced on the 18th of July.

(All we ask is that if you are chosen that you pay £5.00 to cover the costs of the event.)
